EatOnline Terms of Use for Smartphone users and Online  (Web Ordering )users:
The following are the terms and conditions for use of the EatOnline Service (“Eat Online Service” or “the Service” as Provided by Human Touch ,India (Human Touch ,Singapore  or Eatonline) by the Customer (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer” or “The Customer”). Please read them carefully. IMPORTANT: BY USING EATONLINE PRODUCTS & SERVICES ON A WEBSITE AND/OR ACCESSING ANY PART OF THE EATONLINE SERVICE THE CUSTOMER IS AGREEING TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT, AND CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY AND BECOME A PARTY TO THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT. SHOULD THE CUSTOMER NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT, OR CANNOT COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, HE/ SHE/ IT SHOULD CLOSE THE APPLICATION/BROWSER WINDOW; THEREFORE TERMINATING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS , AND AGREEING TO STOP ALL USE OF THE SERVICE AND SURRENDERING ANY AND ALL AUTHORITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IF THE CUSTOMER IS DEEMED TO HAVE ORDERED THROUGH or THE SERVICE, ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON ASSENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT, TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER TERMS; IF THESE TERMS ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER BY EatOnline, ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THESE TERMS. THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS HEREWITH PUBLISHED SHALL BE BINDING AND THAT SHOULD THERE BE A CONTRADICTION BETWEEN PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE PRODUCT-SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY.
If you are accessing our site or initiating transactions on our site, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions including the Privacy section and the Security section of the terms.
About Us
The Human Touch Connect Pte Ltd  ,Singapore and Human Touch India are  the operator of this service/site (the "Operator", Human Touch and Eatonline refer to The Human Touch Connect Pte Ltd ).This application /site, and each of its modules, together with the arrangement and compilation of the content found on this site, is the intellectual property of The Human Touch Connect Pte Ltd and/or its various third party providers and distributors and which is licensed to or subscribed by the Operator. Much of the content found on this application /site is owned or provided by third party providers and distributors though certain data and the application platform is the owned work of The Human Touch Connect Pte Ltd.
In addition, the trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on this application or site (collectively, the "Trademarks") are registered and common law Trademarks of The Human Touch Connect Pte Ltd, its affiliates, and various third parties. Nothing contained on this site should be construed as granting, by implication, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the content on the site or Trademarks without the prior written permission of the Operator.
1.THE SERVICE
The Service consists of a browser interface, online /mobile application, payment gateway access, e-mail facility, data encryption, data transmission, data access, data storage and, if applicable, synchronization software. The Customer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all mobile phone,computer hardware, software and communications equipment needed to access the Service, and for paying all access charges (e.g., ISP, telecommunications) incurred while using the Service. All fees pertaining to EatOnline are payable upfront, prior to your order being delivered unless within the restaurant and the user agrees to pay all charges for the products ordered through the system at any restaurant before leaving the outlet. EatOnline makes no guarantees as to the continuous availability of the Service or any specific feature(s) of the Service. EatOnline reserves the right to change or terminate the Service and/ or alter the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time with 14 days notice. All fees paid to EatOnline when such termination occurs are addressed in the sections below. Messages shall be deemed to have been delivered when EatOnline has delivered/sent the messages to the immediate destination that EatOnline software is programmed to do, including SMTP servers, Mobile telephone networks, or any other intermediary server or API that is deemed to be the point of dispatch of the message. EatOnline does not guarantee delivery on behalf of Mobile telephone networks or other 3rd party SMTP servers involved or due to prevailing Do not disturb regulations. EatOnline is also not responsible for the quality of food or any errors on part of the participating restaurants or non delivery. EatOnline lays no claims to its network coverage. Although EatOnline focuses on providing extensive coverage aggregation services, mobile networks may choose from time to time to not be part of EatOnline or its service providers’ networks. This may result in messages not being delivered.
2.USE OF PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement and applicable Law, EatOnline grants the Customer an individual, personal, non-sub licensable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license (“the License”) to use its proprietary software and/or application service, in object code form only, and only in accordance with the applicable end user documentation, if any, and only in conjunction with the EatOnline Service Agreement. The Customer will not, directly or indirectly, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to establish the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the software; modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the software/ application; or copy (except for archival purposes), rent, lease, distribute, assign, or otherwise transfer rights to the software/application; use the software/application for timesharing or service bureau purposes or otherwise for the benefit of a third party; or remove any proprietary notices or labels with regard to EatOnline products and/or services. As between the parties, the Customer acknowledges that The Human Touch Connect Pte Ltd , and its licensors retain ownership of all propriety applications, software, intellectual property “IP” (Intellectual Property) and any portions or copies thereof, and all rights therein. Upon termination of this Service Agreement for any reason, this License will terminate and the Customer shall destroy and cease to use all software and applications. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AND APPLICATIONS ARE OFFERED, “AS IS” AND SUBJECT TO THE WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOUND IN THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT AND SUBJECT TO TESTING BY THE CUSTOMER OR User PRIOR TO ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT
3.MEMBER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY
To open an account for usage of the Service, the Customer must complete the registration process by providing EatOnline with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the various Registration Forms. Inaccurate details will result in suspension. The Customer will also choose a password and an account name. The Customer is entirely responsible for maintaining confidentiality with regard to its password and account information. Furthermore, the Customer is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under its account. Human touch will not be held liable to any third party claims and or actions taken with respect to services offered. The Customer agrees to notify EatOnline immediately of any unauthorized use of its account or any other breach of security. The Operator shall not be liable for any losses or harm which you may suffer, where the loss or harm is attributable to untrue, inaccurate, non-current or incomplete information provided by you. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal and financial obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are legally, financially and morally responsible for all uses of this site by you and those using your login information.
3A MEMBER PRIVACY

Human Touch is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the highest consumer protection standards.
Our Privacy Policy is designed with you in mind, and it is integral that you have a comprehensive understanding of our Personal Information collection and usage practices, as well as full confidence that ultimately, you have control of your Personal Information provided to Human Touch/Operator. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” shall mean any information that can be linked to a specific individual including without limitation, information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card number.
By using our Websites and/or making Bookings, you are deemed to have read, acknowledged and accepted all the provisions stated here in this Privacy Policy, including any changes that we may make from time to time.
In summary, while you should read each provision in this Privacy Policy, you note that by using our Websites and/or making Bookings:
    •    You agree that if you disclose your Personal Information to us, we may create a database record about you;
    •    If you register on our Websites, make Bookings, download any materials or conduct any other transaction, you agree for us to collect any Personal Information necessary to provide you with the service you have requested, and you agree that such Personal Information may be disclosed to service partners (who may be third parties) for those purposes;
    •    You agree for us to use cookies on your browser (unless you remove them);

    •    Your continued use of our Websites and/or by continually making Bookings indicates your agreement with any future changes in this Privacy Policy.
Human Touch will not collect or monitor any Personal Information about you without your consent. The only Personal Information we collect is what you tell us about yourself and information about how you use our application/Websites and when you make Bookings. Human Touch collects information from you at several different points on our Websites and/or when you order through our application “EAT”:
1. New Member Registration
a. What information is collected?
When you register as a member with EAT on our applications or during the Bookings process, you will be asked to create a login name and password, as well as to provide your contact information, such as your mobile number, email address,. You are also given the option to accept or opt out from continuation
b. Why do we collect it?
We collect the above information for the following purposes:
i. To identify you when you use our application or when you make Bookings in order to enjoy a customized and personalised experience.
ii. As a security measure, to send you an email confirming your membership registration and other important information
iii. To allow us to process and complete your purchases.
iv. To send you email confirmations for your purchases on EAT
v. For us to contact you when necessary.
vi. To provide first order discounts if any.
c.Payment information
I. Is collected on the payment gateway site which is Payu  or Paypal globally known companies.
ii No credit card details are collected on our application or site to prevent credit card fraud.The transaction happens on a separate page provided by gateway.
2. Customer Contact
a. What information is collected?
i. You may choose to provide feedback to EATOnline.Asia for example through email or forums. The comments in your feedback, as well as your Personal Information, if provided to Human Touch, may be kept on record.
b. Why do we collect it?
i. The feedback that you choose to provide is valuable in helping us make improvements to our service to you. In order to follow-up on the feedback you have chosen to provide, Human Touch may correspond with you using the Personal Information that you have provided.
ii. The contact number is also provided to service providers to contact you for confirmation regarding your services.
3. Cookies
a. What information is collected?
i. When you visit our Websites as a Guest or as a member, a cookie is stored onto your computer. A cookie is a small, encrypted text file containing some information about your preferences and allows your usage to be tracked. The use of cookies is now an industry standard, and you will find them used on most major websites. However, you can always choose to disable cookies from being stored on your computer by changing your browser settings. i. Session information such as IP (Internet Protocol) addresses, browser types, operating systems are also used for our system administration.
b. Why do we collect it?
i. Session information will allow us to enhance your experience on EATONLINE by allowing us to troubleshoot technical issues as well as to improve our Websites usability. It is also used to help prevent fraud or unauthorized use of our Websites.
5. Express Consent To Receive SMS/Text Messages/Emails
a. What information is collected?
i. When you make Bookings, we will request you to provide us with a contact telephone number.
b. Why do we collect it?
i. We will use your telephone number in the event that we need to inform you of changes or other matters that may affect your booking such as confirmations from merchants/service providers.. We may use an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, or text messages to provide you with such updates. When you provide us with a cellular, wireless, or mobile telephone number as the contact number for a purchase, you agree that you are providing us with your express consent to receive prerecorded voice messages or text messages related to your purchase from EAT or any of our vendors or suppliers.
In each case described in this section, Human Touch will only share your Personal Information after receiving your consent. You should know that when Human Touch shares your Personal Information
ii. D. Who do we share your information with?
1. Human Touch is the owner of all the Personal Information collected on our applications/Websites or via the purchases. We do not sell or rent any Personal Information to third parties.
2. In making a purchase/ booking on our application or Websites,.We may disclose your Personal Information on occasion to third parties for order fulfillment. The Personal Information will be protected in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. Disclosure may include without limitation, the following scenarios:
a. To successfully complete your purchases or otherwise implement our terms of service, your Personal Information is provided as needed to third party product and service providers and distributors including without limitation the restaurants,delivery agents authorised by these restaurants or authorised by Human Touch, whenever you purchase with EATOnline.
b When required by law to disclose the Personal Information.
c With your prior express consent.
d To protect the rights and property of Human Touch.

Human Touch may share your Personal Information with third parties when you engage in certain activities on our Websites that are sponsored by third parties, such as electing to receive information or communications from a third party (such as a restaurant or telecom company or electing to participate in promotions, contests, sweepstakes, games or other programs sponsored in whole or in part by a third party. Human Touch may also share your Personal Information when you respond to promotional materials from Human Touch and authorize a third party to use your Personal Information for purposes such as, for example, sending you additional promotional materials, providing you a product or service, or entering you in a contest, sweepstakes or game. We refer to all of these activities and requests as "Sponsored Activities." When you participate in Sponsored Activities, you will either be required or requested to agree that Human Touch may send your Personal Information (such as, in some cases, your mailing address or e-mail address) to the sponsor, and the sponsor may use your Personal Information in accordance with the sponsor's privacy practices. In each case described in this section, Human Touch will only share your Personal Information after receiving your consent. You should know that when Human Touch shares your Personal Information with a third party under any circumstance described in this section, your Personal Information will become permanently subject to the information use and sharing practices of the third party, and the third party will not be restricted by Human Touch’s Privacy Policy with respect to its use and further sharing of your Personal Information.

You should note that any Personal Information that you provide to these third party websites are not subject to this Privacy Policy, and we strongly recommend that you be aware of their respective privacy and security policies.
5. Human Touch may also work with third parties that serve advertisements to our applications/Websites. Information that may be disclosed to such third parties will be anonymous.

You should also note that the processing of Personal Information on our Websites and the transmission of transaction messages relating to your purchases or Bookings, including your Personal Information, may involve transmissions over various networks (which may not be secure) and to various countries (including the US) and further processing and storage of data in such countries.
7. We may also disclose your Personal Information to our affiliates and non-affiliated business partners for their use both on our behalf and for their own business purposes. For example, our affiliates and business partners may use such Personal Information to send you information about their products, services, other information, and materials that may be of interest to you.
8. To effect a corporate transaction, in connection with the sale, merger, acquisition, spin-off, or other corporate reorganization of our corporation, where your Personal Information may be disclosed, shared or transferred to the new controlling entity or other such authorised third party in the regular course of business.
6. You have control over your information!
1. Opt In and Opt Out Policy
a. While Human Touch hopes that you benefit from our product and service offers, at any time, you always have the option to opt out from participating in Human Touch’s product and service offers. For example, you have the option of not signing in to the EAT application or visiting our websites or by opting out if such an option is provided .Please allow some time for this request to be processed.
b. If you decide that you do not want Human Touch to use your Personal Information or to share your Personal Information with third parties, you understand and accept that this may in most cases impact on the availability of services and the quality of services that Human Touch may provide to you and may mean that the services provided to you (if possible at all) by Human Touch may not be customised for your use, may be less user- friendly and less efficient.
2. Accessing your Personal Information and retention of Personal Information
a. You may at any time access and change your Personal Information or subscribed services. You can easily access your Personal Information if you login as a member to EAT or you can follow the links that may be provided within our subscription emails to you to manage your subscription preferences. Although we will take reasonable steps to keep your Personal Information accurate, complete and up-to-date, we request that you keep your Personal Information as current as possible so that we may continue to improve our service to you.
b. We will only withhold your access to the Personal Information in limited circumstances where it is permitted by law, such as:
i. where it might be dangerous if you were to have it;
ii. where it might prejudice an investigation currently underway;
iii. where it relates to court proceedings and may be subject to the discovery process;
iv. where it may relate to a commercially sensitive decision-making process; or
v. where other individuals' Personal Information is contained in the same record.
c. You agree that Human Touch may retain your Personal Information for a period of seven (7) years from the date you last accessed your account.
7 Minors
o As we cannot distinguish the age of persons who access our application/Websites, a blanket privacy policy is applied. Human Touch does not seek or intend to seek to receive any Personal Information from minors (i.e. children younger than eighteen years of age). Should a parent or guardian have reason to believe that a minor has provided Human Touch with Personal Information without their prior consent, please contact us to ensure that the Personal Information is removed and unsubscribe them from any promotional contact opportunities.
Security
I Human Touch has implemented technology and security features to safeguard the privacy of your Personal Information. A secure server protects your Personal Information. If you become aware of any security breach, please let us know as soon as possible.
II We have internal procedures in place requiring our employees and data processors to respect the confidentiality of any Personal Information held by Human Touch.
Human Touch will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any Personal Information which we hold about you. Your Personal Information is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities. Human Touch or its affiliates will not be held responsible for events arising from third parties gaining unauthorized access to your Personal Information. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card information. The process of encryption takes the information you enter and converts it into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet. This scrambled data cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Once your encrypted personal information is received by our secure server, it is translated back into its original form and stored in our off-line database. Your credit card information is also encrypted for transmission over the Internet.
Human Touch takes the responsibility of protecting our customers' credit card information very seriously. In addition to implementing highly secure online protection methods, At times, phone contact is made with Human Touch customers as part of this process. We seek your cooperation and ask that you provide Human Touch with a valid contact phone number to enable us to reach you and verify that you, as the cardholder, have approved the Human Touch transaction; or alert you to the possibility that your card may have been used by a third party if inconsistencies arise.Please note also that Human Touch may use overseas facilities to process or back up your Personal Information. As a result, we may transfer to and store your Personal Information at our overseas facilities. However, this does not change any of our commitments to safeguard your privacy in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Keep your password safe.You can play your part in safeguarding your Personal Information by never disclosing your login password or account information to anybody unless such person is duly authorized by you. Whenever you login as a member on EATOnline, particularly on somebody else's mobile phone,tablet pc or computer or on public internet terminals, you should always logout at the end of your session. Human Touch cannot be held responsible for lapses in security caused by third party accesses to your Personal Information as a result of your failure to keep your Personal Information private. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you must notify us immediately if there is any unauthorised use of your account by any other internet user or any other breach of security.

4 Contracts for products and services
Unless otherwise expressly stated on the site, Human Touch acts as agent for its third party providers and distributors for all products and services purchased by you on this site. You may place bookings for or may make purchases of products and services online at this application or site. A contract for the sale and purchase of products and services may be made online at this site by your acceptance of the products and services offered on the site (the "Contract") by third party providers and/or distributors and/or where stated, the Operator, and you hereby agree to waive any rights to challenge the validity or enforceability of Contracts entered into on this site on the grounds that it was made in electronic form instead of by paper and/or signed or sealed. Please note that by indicating your acceptance to purchase any product or service offered on the site, you are obligated to complete such transactions. You are prohibited from indicating your acceptance to purchase products and services where you do not intend to complete such transactions. You may not purchase goods or services that you are prohibited from purchasing or possessing by any applicable laws of Singapore ,India or local laws. The responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws shall be yours alone. By submitting an order to purchase goods or services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to purchase, utilise and/or possess such goods or services.
You are solely responsible for checking that the order and/or purchase made contains the correct information (including dates, items and timings) before proceeding to payment. The Operator and the third party providers and distributors shall be entitled to rely on the information contained in your booking and shall not be responsible for any error(s) made in your booking and/or purchase.
4A Third party service providers
You may be bound by terms and conditions imposed by the restaurant service providers for whom the Operator acts as an agent including operating hours, delivery conditions, minimum order quantity or minimum order value or sufficiency of quantity You are also bound to collect your orders in a timely manner. The Operator is not liable for any claims against non-fulfillment or unsatisfactory fulfillment of products and services purchased from these third party providers and distributors, such as, but not limited to, restaurants,caterers and other entities. At times, the restaurants may have discontinued the menu items -the Operator is not responsible for any such incidents.
5 Fufilment and refunds
You understand that all products and services purchased require fulfillment and provision of order confirmation number or transaction ids Fulfillment is performed during normal operating hours. As such, any specific requests and bookings made require a minimum processing time of varying periods, subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service purchased. The Operator will not be held liable for any claims for loss, damages or compensation against non-fulfillment should you purchase a product or service that cannot be fulfilled due to your late arrivals or wrong purchases or service lapses by Merchants/restaurants.In such an event,where there is a service lapse by the merchant or restaurant the Operator shall refund to you all monies collected from you for that purchase less a service fee of 10%.Such refunds will be considered only when the merchant/restaurant provides in writing within 7 days of such service lapse.No other refunds will be entertained.In case of erroneous charges,please contact your credit card company or paypal for chargebacks.
In case you are charged by your credit card company or payu or paypal and you do not receive any confirmation from the merchant or the operator,please write to us with details of amount,date,time and restaurant outlet and we will try and refund the amounts to you in full less any admin charges applicable or as charged by the banks. This process may take time,but please be patient as our intention is to serve you well. Estimated time is 6 weeks.
5AOver-lapping bookings
You agree that multiple over-lapping bookings for the same merchants are not allowed and may result in damage and loss to the Operator, which you will bear in full.
6 Specific terms and conditions for products and services
Certain products and services have their own specific governing terms and conditions which shall apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions. It is important for you to obtain and read the terms and conditions applicable to these certain products and services as they may contain exclusions of limitations of liability and other terms and conditions, including restrictions on amendment or cancellation. Some of these terms and conditions for specific products and services shall include terms and conditions found on your screens and when using any part of this application or site. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions for the specific product or service and these Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions for the specific product or service shall prevail in relation to that specific product or service.
7 Availability of Products in India or Singapore only.
Information on the site may include references or cross references to products and/or services which may not be available for your country. Such references do not imply that the Operator intends to make available such products and/or services in your country. If in doubt, please contact our Sales and Customer Care Team for more information.
8. PRICES
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices on this site shall be exclusive of all taxes (including goods and services tax (GST) and value added tax (VAT)), levies, service fees, delivery or pick up charges and all other charges together with any fine, penalty or interest payable because of your default. You must pay any amount you are required to pay under this clause 7 in full on demand.
All prices displayed for the product and service are subject to change and availability by their respective providers, and such prices are not final until full payment for the product and service concerned is made. A booking service fee may be payable on some bookings. Some delivery fees are not pre-payable or pre-paid; you must pay these when required. Distance based delivery charges may be levied by merchants.Please check with outlet when in doubt.
Discounts offered by EatOnline are limited to use on EatOnline platform and not applicable or in conjunction with any other offer from the restaurant or any credit card company or any other promotion.
9. DECLINE, NON-UTILIZATION OR CANCELLATION OF BOOKING & PURCHASE

If there are no terms and conditions for a specific product or service, you may not cancel your booking or purchase in any circumstance. Cancellation, at your request, may not be allowed or may require a minimum processing time of varying periods, subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service purchased. Cancellation may be subject to cancellation fees which you agree to bear in full. Please note that cancellations of confirmed orders are not permitted.Cancellation for future delivery orders in exceptional circumstances may be allowed only at the service provider’s prior approval in writing to us,such cancellations may incur cancellation fees of 10%.You need to contact the restaurant directly in such circumstances.
The Operator reserves the right to decline any booking or purchase for any reason and shall not be held liable for any resulting claims for loss, damages or compensation. In such an event, the Operator shall refund to you all unutilized monies collected from you for that purchase.
For bookings and purchases which have been pre-paid, refunds will be made (subject to the refund policy above). It may take an estimated one to two billing cycles (3 to 6 months) before the credit appears in your account for refund processing. For pre-paid catering refund processing, it may take approximately ten (10) to twelve (12) business days for the credit to appear in your account.
The preceding refund timeline is a guide for your reference only and shall not be binding upon the Operator.
You agree to bear the full cost of any booking, cancellation and administration fees for any products or services booked but not utilized for any reason. In some cases, the Operator may charge cancellation and/or amendment fees in addition to those imposed by restaurant service providers.
10. CHANGES TO BOOKING & PURCHASE
Please note that the terms and conditions for changes to bookings and purchases will vary for each product and service. Please therefore refer to the terms and conditions for a specific product or service. If there are no terms and conditions for a specific product or service, you may NOT change your booking or purchase online at the application or site. You may otherwise change your booking or purchase online by calling our merchants features directly subject their accepting such changes which may be limited to pick up or delivery time only

b. in the case of services, the supply of the services again, or the payment of the cost of having the services performed again.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW BUT SUBJECT ALWAYS TO CLAUSE 12,

THE OPERATOR ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR BROWSING IN THIS SITE OR YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIALS, DATA, TEXT, IMAGES, VIDEO OR AUDIO FROM THE SITE;
b.
